Please email the Board if you have fundraising ideas!
Fundraising dollars go toward purchasing, maintaining and replacing appliances, furniture, and other equipment within the school that is owned by Kid Ease, including all kitchen appliances, the washer/dryer, the indoor and outdoor play structures, and the play yard shade sail.
We appreciate your contribution to our fundraising efforts. We were able to make several needed upgrades in 2018 to our facility such as the purchase of a new kitchen freezer and a new commercial washer/dryer. The play yard shade sail was replaced in 2020.

Throughout the year, parents bring in their used books for our used book sale that happens every Spring and Fall. We accept all types of books! Although it seems that consistently we have had a huge demand for Children’s, Cooking, Travel, and Gardening Books. We also sell CD’s and DVD’s as part of our sale. If you would like to participate, please keep an eye out for flyers. Also, note that donations are tax deductible.
Annually, KidEase Board members solicit donations in the form of gift certificates from restaurants in the downtown and midtown Sacramento area. The following restaurants have donated gift certificates in the past: the Melting Pot, Bangkok@12, Zocalo’s, the Grange and many others in denominations of $25 to $100. We have letters that KidEase provides to businesses to help with this raffle effort. If you would like to help solicit donations, please email the Kid-EaseFundraising Director. Look out for flyers if you would also like to participate in future raffle event. You might just be the lucky one. You can’t beat winning a $100 gift certificate for only paying $1 per raffle ticket. This may just be a worthwhile experience.
July 2011 was our first year doing the Jamba Juice event. No parent involvement is required. The only request is that when we advertise the event, we ask that you help market the event so we can sell as much as we can. And if you would like to buy a yummy smoothie too, it helps towards making the event even more successful. Because the more we sell, the more money comes back to help our school. Jamba Juice donates 20% of the proceeds made from the event with very little effort involved.
